At MelGeek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team at support@melgeek.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, keycap pullers, and documentation to ensure the return is eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package through a trackable carrier to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
