How long does shipping take for my order?
For in-stock mechanical keyboards and accessories, shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Group Buy items follow the specific timeline listed on their individual product pages.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that personalized items and completed Group Buy orders are generally non-refundable.
Do MelGeek keyboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all MelGeek keyboards include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by user modification or improper liquid cleaning.

Are the switches on MelGeek keyboards hot-swappable?
